Talitha Powers has been in the real estate industry for over a decade, beginning her career in new construction before expanding into residential resale. Her career has taken her from assistant to team manager, and today she leads The PowerHouse Team with the same dedication to service that has guided her throughout her career.
Deeply community-driven and service-oriented, Talitha believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes—it’s about people. Her goal is to meet each client where they are, understand what they hope to accomplish, and help them navigate the decisions ahead. Whether someone is buying, selling, or simply looking for trusted real estate guidance, she strives to be a resource they can confidently turn to.
